I found the resort beautiful and spacious. the thoughtful design makes excellent use of the space and keeps it open and comfortable. the rooms are super clean. The amenities are modern. cleaning staff was really good. The rooms were really clean.

I found limited choice at the main restaurant, though the pool bar offered better options for kids. the walk from the top restaurant to the heated pool and pool bar felt quite long. there were no sunbeds near the slides. I could only find chairs and tables.

Our requests were handled efficiently by the team. The staff were helpful, and the room cleanliness was excellent. I noticed daily cleaning of the pools and well kept gardens. I appreciated the on-site water park for all ages, equipped with lifeguards, ensuring safety.

I found the administrative system needed improvement. A digitization project could help with restaurant reservations. Paper-based processes caused queues.

the food lacked variety i found the buffet options repetitive the italian restaurant did not resemble italian cuisine at all the wifi connection was terrible it caused constant frustration i expect better internet connectivity in a hotel like this
